Josh Dardis is a lifesaver! I am currently helping a company with their website and asked on Facebook if any of my web developer friends would let me pick their brain on an issue we are having. Josh volunteered and, let me say, he went SO above and beyond "brain picking". After asking a TON of questions and trying the troubleshooting suggestions he gave me, Josh offered to login to the company’s WordPress and host account and poke around for me. Afterward, he gave me multiple suggestions (including recommending a better host engine), and answered all of my questions. Josh also offered to help if we need to migrate the site to another host engine, and cannot get them to help us. I don’t think it is very common for someone who does this for a living to put so much time and effort into helping someone without expecting anything in return. I think that says a lot about Josh and Amy and their company. Words cannot explain how thankful I am for his help!
