Clarity
Clear purpose and identity is the foundation for everything else.
Topics: brand value, brand identity, the cost of confusion, elements of a clear brand, plain language over jargon, and why “you can’t read the label from inside the bottle.”

You’re not just trying to grow a business. You’re trying to build something that honors God, serves people well, and doesn’t cost you your marriage, your health, or your peace in the process.
You’ve probably felt the tension between the world’s way of doing business and the way you actually want to lead.
You’ve wrestled with burnout, with identity, with whether any of this is worth it.
You’ve hired people who looked great on paper and created chaos in your culture.
You’ve tried strategies that worked for someone else and wondered why they felt wrong for you.
Me too.

I’m Amy Dardis.
Wife, mom, entrepreneur, and Christ follower.
My husband and I have been building businesses together for over 15 years. And for most of those years I was doing it the world’s way. Grinding. Hustling. Burning out. Putting the business before my marriage and my kids. Trying to be someone I’m not.
I didn’t know who I was. I let my business define my worth. I pivoted constantly and spent years chasing strategies that never fit because I hadn’t done the harder work of figuring out who God actually made me to be.
This podcast came out of that journey.
Not because I have it all figured out. But because I’ve been broken by it, convicted by it, and now I’m rebuilding from the inside out.
