2. I've done this across all different industries and contexts.
Contractors, HVAC, real estate firms, guided fly fishing, property management, distribution, construction, addiction treatment, counseling, nonprofits, and more. I've seen firsthand what specific elements need to be defined and where and how they show up in leadership, culture, hiring, marketing, sales, and operations.
