• Share, copy, upload, or distribute the Product publicly or privately
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Product
• Represent the Product as your own intellectual property
• Use the Product for commercial training purposes without a separate commercial license agreement

3. Intellectual Property

All content within The Hire Great People Framework—including text, frameworks, templates, videos, and resources—is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. The Product remains the exclusive property of Clear Authentic Brands LLC.

4. No Warranties

We provide the Product "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Clear Authentic Brands LLC  be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
